Story
HPA Management Company has been led by Abby Hurley, Sandy Kruse, Kim Lodewyk, Chris R. Mazzarella, and Thomas Schemper, since its founding.
In addition to his leadership role, Thomas Schemper works in collaboration with Susan Schemper. Together they bring four decades of experience in administration, education, clinical leadership, and coaching.
Their work includes supporting organizations, leadership teams, and individuals in strengthening collaboration, communication, and leadership. They have particular expertise supporting family-owned and closely held businesses, as well as helping individuals, teams, and organizations clarify core values in order to align decision-making and daily practices with those values. Tom and Susan have the capacity to work independently or together as a consulting and coaching team, allowing their support to be tailored to organizational needs and structure.
